Sustainability Governance Structure

The company, in its commitment to sustainability, has designated the Risk and Sustainability Oversight Committee (RSOC) and the Board as the primary governance bodies overseeing GT Capital’s sustainability program.

The Risk Management and Sustainability Department (RMSD), headed by the Chief Risk Officer and Head of Sustainability, is in charge of developing and implementing sustainability initiatives and reports to the RSOC on GT Capital’s progress against projects and targets. RMSD coordinates with and convenes the Sustainability Steering Committee and Sustainability Council to align and work on the sustainability initiatives of GT Capital and its operating companies.
