GT Capital Purple Hearts Club
The GT Capital Purple Hearts Club (PHC) is the company’s volunteerism and social responsibility program, bringing together employees to give back to the community. Through this initiative, GT Capital and its employees devote their time, energy, and resources to programs that promote education, health, nutrition, and values and leadership development.
Guided by the timeless principle of Dr. George S.K. Ty — “Business must not only prosper, it must also serve” — the Purple Hearts Club reflects GT Capital’s enduring commitment to compassion, integrity, and nation-building. By living out this legacy, employees become true partners in creating positive change and nurturing hope in the lives of others.

In preparation for the school opening last June, volunteers donated materials and contributed labor to repair classrooms and comfort rooms, creating a cleaner and more conducive learning environment for students.
National Teachers' Month
Partnering with Federal Land and Manila Doctors Hospital, volunteer doctors provided free medical checkups for teachers’ eyes, bones, and voices. The day also featured barbers and salon services offering haircuts and nail care — a small gesture of gratitude for the teachers’ tireless dedication.
