Alfred V. Ty, 57 years old, Filipino, has been Vice Chairman of GT Capital since February 14, 2012 and has served as a Director of the Corporation since 2007. He is also a Director of Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company (Metrobank), Chairman of Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation (TMP), and Chairman of Federal Land, Inc. He graduated from the University of Southern California in 1989 with a degree in Business Administration. Some of his other current roles and positions include: Vice Chairman of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation, Member of the Board of Trustees and Vice Chairman, Metrobank Foundation, Inc.; Chairman, Toyota Motor Philippines Foundation (TMPF); and Member of the Board of Trustees and President, GT Foundation, Inc.
