GT Capital Holdings, Inc. was honored at the Philippines' Best Employer Brand Awards 2025, held on April 28, 2025, at the Dusit Thani Hotel, Manila.
Organized by the World HRD Congress and endorsed by CHRO Asia, the event celebrates organizations that have demonstrated outstanding HR practices, resilience, and innovation, particularly in navigating the challenges brought about by the pandemic and beyond. This year’s research focused on companies that sustained growth, uplifted employee morale, and led organizational transformation amidst adversity.
Representing GT Capital were Ms. Susan E. Cornelio, Vice President and Head of Human Resources and Administration, and Ms. Farrah Lyra de Ala, Assistant Vice President and Talent Management Officer.
